If your circumstances have changed, this page explains what happens to your registrations, your prefix, and your animals when you cancel or suspend and what it takes to come back if you change your mind.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CANCEL
The effect of cancellation on your account and registrations
What remains — permanently

All previously issued pedigree certificates remain valid and are not recalled. Animals already registered retain their ITBR registration.

All DNA health test results stored on the ITBR database remain on file and continue to appear on existing certificates.

Buyers who purchased animals under your membership retain all documentation relating to their animals.

Any breaches which have occurred during your time on the registry will remain on your record
What ceases immediately

Your ability to register new litters or new animals ceases on the date of cancellation. Any pending applications are returned.

Your listing in the public ITBR Breeder Directory is removed at the next monthly update (at the latest).

Access to all ITBR Facebook community groups ceases within 14 days.

Any other ITBR services being offered at that time
