PREAMBLE
About this document
This document sets out the fees applicable to all ITBR membership types, registry services, and administrative functions for the financial year commencing 1st of July and ending 30th of June of each financial year.
All fees listed in this schedule are reviewed annually by the ITBR committee and are subject to change. Updated fees to be announced on the 1st of May of each year and take effect on 1st of July each year. The current fee schedule is always available at www.integritytestedbreeders.com.au.
All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Fees are non-refundable once a service has been commenced or an application has been assessed, regardless of outcome, unless otherwise specified.

9.1 GST
All fees are inclusive of GST. Tax invoices will be issued upon request. ITBR is registered for GST purposes.
9.2 Payment Methods
ITBR accepts payment by bank transfer ONLY. All fees must be paid in Australian Dollars.
9.3 Refund Policy

Application fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted.

Annual membership fees are non-refundable.

Where ITBR cancels a service or is unable to complete an assessment through no fault of the member, a full refund will be provided.
9.4 Fee Concessions
ITBR does not currently offer fee concessions. The committee may consider individual requests for payment plans in cases of genuine financial hardship. Such requests must be submitted in writing to info@integritytestedbreeders.com.au at least 10 business days BEFORE the relevant fee is due.
9.5 Fee Review and Annual Update
All fees in this schedule are reviewed by the ITBR committee in May each year. Any changes approved by the committee take effect from 1 July of the following financial year. Members will be given a minimum of 30 days’ notice of any fee changes before they come into effect via the ITBR website. The current fee schedule is always the version published on the ITBR website, and members are responsible for checking the current schedule before submitting any application or payment. Fees effective 1st of July . Subject to annual review effective 1st of July each year.
