All times are from receipt of a COMPLETE application and invoice being paid IN FULL. Incomplete applications are returned and the timeframe restarts from when a complete application is received. If ITBR does not process a complete litter registration within 15 business days, a 50% discount applies to your next litters registration fee (next litter born).
