Lodge a Formal Complaint

Download the Word version and email it to info@integritytestedbreeders.com.au. You do not need to be an ITBR member. There is no fee to lodge. Acknowledgement of receiving the complaint will occur within 5 business days. 

EMERGENCY

Animal Welfare Emergency?

If animals are in immediate danger, contact your state RSPCA or Animal Welfare Authority directly, do not wait for an ITBR response. ITBR operates on business-day timeframes that are not appropriate for emergencies.

FORM PROCESS REMINDER

Confidentiality Reminder

Once your complaint is acknowledged, proceedings are confidential. You must not discuss the matter publicly, on social media, or in ITBR Facebook groups until a final determination is issued. Breach of confidentiality may itself result in a formal complaint.
