OVERVIEW
Who The Full Register is For
The Full Registry is ITBR's primary pedigree register. It is for animals with at least four generations of fully verified, traceable breeding heritage, either transferred from a recognised breeding organisation (such as Dogs Australia, MDBA, ACF, CCCA, or ANCATS), or produced from two Full Registry Main Register parents already recorded with ITBR.
Full Registry animals may be registered on the Main Register (sold with full breeding and conformation showing rights) or the Limited Register (sold as companions with no breeding rights). The breeder selects which register applies at the time of litter registration.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS - INDIVIDUAL ANIMALS
Transfer From Another Organisation
If your animal is already registered with a recognised body, submit a Transfer of Pedigree application. The following must be included:
1
Original pedigree certificate (minimum 4 generations) issued or certified by the originating recognised organisation (in your name)
2
Transfer or export certificate from the originating organisation using the form above.
3
All applicable compulsory DNA health tests completed ideally at time of ITBR pedigree transfer. MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE MATINGS TAKE PLACE.
4
Microchip number matching across all documents, if discrepancy exists, a veterinary certificate explaining the discrepancy must be included
Processing time: within 15 business days from receipt of a complete application and full transfer fee being paid.
LITTER REGISTRATION
Registering a Full Registered Litter
To register a litter on the Full Registry, both parents must hold Full Registry pedigrees on the Main Register with ITBR. The following must be submitted within 4 months of birth or late fees apply:
1
Completed ITBR Litter Registration Form
2
DNA health test results for both parents covering all applicable conditions for the breed — tests must have been completed before mating, not after
3
ITBR Stud Agreement (if you do not own the sire) — must be signed before the mating, not after
4
Genetic compatibility confirmed — ITBR checks before processing the registration
All live offspring must be registered. Selective registration — registering only some offspring from a litter — is a breach of the ITBR Code of Conduct and will result in a formal breach finding. This includes any offspring you retain for yourself.
Processing time: within 15 business days from receipt of a complete application and full transfer fee being paid.
